When you make your next chocolate cake recipe don’t top it with frosting—add some passion fruit mango mousse on top.
Ingredients
- 4 Cups heavy cream
- 12 Ounces mango puree
- 5 Ounces passion fruit puree
- 8 gelatin sheets, hydrated in ice water
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
Directions
Beat the heavy cream in a bowl until peaks form. Add the puree in a saucepan and heat, add the gelatin until dissolved. Fold puree mixture into whipped cream.
