Craving rustic Italian food but don’t want to spend endless hours making pizza? You definitely don’t have to with this quick and easy mushroom flatbread recipe. Pre-made pizza dough saves time and effort, making this the perfect dish for anything from a tailgate appetizer to date night main course.

- 4 1/2 Ounces pizza dough
- 4 Ounces pesto
- 1/2 Ounce kale
- 5 Ounces shredded mozzarella
- 3 Ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Ounces fresh mozzarella
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Stretch pizza dough into oblong shape.
Spread pesto over pizza dough.
Add kale, shredded mozzarella, and sliced mushrooms.
On a baking sheet, cook flatbread for 5–8 minutes, or until crust is golden and crisp.
Remove pizza from oven.
Add fresh mozzarella, and serve.
