- 2 Ounces ruby port, preferably Fonseca Bin 27
- 3/4 Ounces bourbon, preferably Bulleit
- 1 Ounce fresh pear juice
- 2 blackberries, muddled
- 3/4 Ounces fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 Ounce agave syrup
- Grapefruit peel, to garnish
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
