Ingredients
  • 2 ounce ruby port, preferably fonseca bin 27
  • 3/4 ounce bourbon, preferably bulleit
  • 1 ounce fresh pear juice
  • 2 blackberries, muddled
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce agave syrup
  • grapefruit peel, to garnish
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
