Monkey Business

Monkey Business
4.5 from 2 ratings
New York City’s Social Drink and Food, a Midtown rooftop bar, has really leaned into the beachy cocktail vibe this summer, and we’re particularly drawn to this rum-based cocktail served in a coconut carved into the shape of a monkey head. Sure, the drink is guaranteed to draw attention, but honestly that’s the point. This isn’t a subtle drink. Orange and pineapple juices are classic beach cocktail bases, and nothing gets an island feel going like rum. The bar team shared the recipe.
