New York City’s Social Drink and Food, a Midtown rooftop bar, has really leaned into the beachy cocktail vibe this summer, and we’re particularly drawn to this rum-based cocktail served in a coconut carved into the shape of a monkey head. Sure, the drink is guaranteed to draw attention, but honestly that’s the point.
