"My sweet darling," is mon couchon doux translated — and this brunch cocktail, made at TAG in Denver, is just as sweet. Made with a surefire moonshine, Lillet Blanc, and crème de cacao, the cocktail makes brunch a sweet treat. 
  • 1 1/2 ounce moonshine white whiskey
  • 1/2 ounce lillet blanc
  • 1/2 ounce creme de cacao
  • 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 5 muddled raspberries
  • 2 drops maple extract
  • 1 slice candied bacon
  • flower or micro greens, to garnish
  1. Add all ingredients except bacon and garnish to shaker. Shake and serve over ice.
