Mon Couchon Doux Cocktail
"My sweet darling," is mon couchon doux translated — and this brunch cocktail, made at TAG in Denver, is just as sweet. Made with a surefire moonshine, Lillet Blanc, and crème de cacao, the cocktail makes brunch a sweet treat.
- 1 1/2 Ounce Moonshine white whiskey
- 1/2 Ounce Lillet Blanc
- 1/2 Ounce Creme de cacao
- 1/4 Ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 Ounce simple syrup
- 5 muddled raspberries
- 2 drops maple extract
- 1 slice candied bacon
- flower or micro greens, to garnish
Add all ingredients except bacon and garnish to shaker. Shake and serve over ice.
