Molly’s Chocolate Shake

Turn this childhood favorite into a perfect St. Paddy’s Day treat

A creamy, fudgy chocolate shake is satisfying any day of the year. This St. Patrick’s Day, add a slight boozy twist to this favorite treat with some smooth Irish cream.

  • 1/2 Cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 2 1/2 Ounces Irish cream, preferably Molly’s Irish Cream
  • 1/2 Cup chocolate ice cream
  • Green sprinkles


Dip the rim of a tall glass in the chocolate sauce, allowing it to drip down the side.

Place the green sprinkles on a small plate then dip the glass onto the plate, so the sprinkles create an edge.

Add the remaining sauce in a blender along with the milk, Irish cream, and ice cream. Blend.

Pour into glass and enjoy!
