Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon miso
  • 1/3 Cup tahini
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 Teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley, chopped

Directions

In a bowl whisk together all ingredients. If the mixture is too thick, add one tablespoon of water at a time until it thins out and reaches the desired texture.
