Ingredients

  • 11 fresh mint leaves, plus additional for garnish
  • 1 lime, sliced into wedges
  • 1/4 Cup simple syrup
  • 1 Cup club soda
  • 1 Cup crushed ice
  • Lime wedge, for garnish

Directions

Put the sliced lime, mint leaves, simple syrup, and club soda, into a glass. Using a muddler, combine all the ingredients except garnishes together for about 1 minute.

Pour ice into the glass and mix well.

Garnish with mint and lime. Serve immediately.
