- 2 Ounces Woodford Reserve Bourbon
- 1/2 Ounce Simple Syrup (or Woodford Reserve Mint Simple Syrup)
- Prosecco (or Soda Water)
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
Muddle mint and syrup in the bottom of glass.
Add 2 ounces of Woodford Reserve bourbon and fill the glass with ice.
Top with bubbles and use a spoon to lift and stir all ingredients until chilled.
Garnish with a large sprig of mint.
