Mint Julep Spritzer
Total time: 6 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce woodford reserve bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup (or woodford reserve mint simple syrup)
  • prosecco (or soda water)
  • 8-10 mint leaves

Directions

  1. Muddle mint and syrup in the bottom of glass.
  2. Add 2 ounces of Woodford Reserve bourbon and fill the glass with ice.
  3. Top with bubbles and use a spoon to lift and stir all ingredients until chilled.
  4. Garnish with a large sprig of mint.
