What's better than a dessert you can drink? This fun recipe mixes all the flavor of a Mint Julep with creamy ice cream. A splash of Q Kola adds a nice spicy depth to the whole float.Recipe courtesy of Woodford Reserve

Mint Julep Ice Cream Float

Ingredients
  • 2 scoops vanilla or mint chocolate chip ice cream
  • 3/4 ounce mint honey syrup (or woodford reserve mint simple syrup)
  • 1 and 1/2 ounces woodford reserve bourbon
  • q kola
  • dark chocolate for garnish
Directions
  1. Scoop ice cream in tall glass.
  2. Pour syrup and bourbon over ice cream. Top with Q Kola.
  3. Garnished with a paper straw, large sprig of fresh mint and grated dark chocolate.
