- 1 pre-made brownie, preferably Fiber One 90 Calorie Mint Fudge Brownie
- 2 tablespoons mint fat-free frozen yogurt, slightly softened
- 1 Teaspoon light chocolate syrup
Cut brownie diagonally into 2 triangles. Scoop fro-yo in between the triangles and freeze sandwich for 15 minutes. Top with chocolate syrup and take a big bite. Lick your fingers while you contemplate spin class tomorrow.
