Ingredients
- 5 spring roll wrapper thawed
- 1 1/4 frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- salt to taste
- oil to deep fry
Directions
- Sauté the peas in butter add all the masala (spices) and let it cool.
- Cut spring roll wrapper in 4 equal sections. Add 1 tsp peas in each fold up and tie with a bakers twine.
- Deep fry till golden brown, remove from oil, drain excess oil and let it cool. Not cut the twine. Serve warm.
