- 4 Stonefire Mini Naan
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Cup prepared butter chicken in sauce (or paneer, peas, and mushrooms for a vegetarian option)
- 1 Cup cooked basmati rice
- Fresh chopped cilantro, for garnish
- Thinly sliced onion, for garnish
Preheat the grill.
Mix the butter chicken and rice together in a bowl, warm, and set aside.
Brush the mini naan with olive oil and toast on the grill until warm and slightly charred.
Remove the mini naan from the grill and top half with the butter chicken and rice mixture (bubble-side down), fold, garnish with sliced onions and chopped cilantro, and serve.
