This slaw is great to serve as a side dish for any party. The apples are the perfect flavor for the fall occasion. 

Ingredients

For the apple slaw

  • 4 Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored, and julienned
  • 1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 whole lemons, juiced

Directions

For the apple slaw

Toss apples with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley.

Serve chilled with Mike’s Hard Smashed Apple Cider Crisp Apple BBQ Sauce.
