Ingredients

  • 1.5 Ounces rose flower infused gin
  • 1 Ounce lemon juice
  • .75 Ounce house-made grenadine
  • 1 egg white

Directions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice Shake until chilled and strained.

Add the drink back into the shaker and shake again without ice.

Pour the drink into a chilled cocktail glass, and using a heart template spray some Peychaud's bitters.
