Men are from Mars, and women are from heaven, or something like that, I believe the saying goes.  But the elderflower liqueur in this beer-tail from The Modern Honolulu's lobby bar, The Study, mixed with tequila and a craft pilsner, will put either sex on cloud nine.

Ingredients
  • 1 ounce tequila
  • .5 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • dash of simple syrup
  • dash of olive juice
  • 1 ounce light lager beer
Directions
  1. Build over ice, shake, and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Float 1 ounce light lager beer on top. Garnish with a lime wedge.
