A pancake breakfast sandwich, yes please! I would want to have that every morning. That’s essentially what McDonald’s McGriddle is. Make delicious fluffy pancakes with maple syrup incorporated in them and sandwich it between sausage, eggs, or even bacon.
Combine the pancakes according to package directions. Once the batter is mixed, add in the maple syrup and combine well. Cook the pancakes on a griddle for about 6 minutes on each side. Once you see bubbles forming around the edge and the middle, the pancake is ready to be turned.
Cook the patties on medium-high heat for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel.
To form sandwich, put a sausage patty in between two pancakes and enjoy.
