Sausage, fluffy eggs, and cheese stuffed inside of a biscuit is the perfect morning pick me up. Going to McDonald's and picking one up is always convenient, but it's much more delicious when you make it at home yourself.
Ingredients
- 1 tin of biscuits, such as Pillsbury
- 10 Ounces breakfast sausage, formed into four patties
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 4 slices of Cheddar cheese
Directions
Bake the biscuits according to package directions.
Cook sausage patties over medium high heat for 6 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from pan and place on a paper towel to drain. Drain oil from pan and put 2 tablespoons of butter in it. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and scramble the eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste once the eggs are fluffy.
To assemble, open the biscuit in half and place sausage patty, ¼ of the eggs, and one slice of Cheddar cheese on top.
