McDonald’s Breakfast Burrito

Make a delicious McDonalds breakfast burrito right at home. You'll never want to step into a McDonald's again.

Ingredients

  • 5 Ounces breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 2 Tablespoons white onion, minced
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 4 slices of American cheese

Directions

In a skillet, place crumbled sausage and onion over medium-high heat. Sauté the mixture for 5 minutes, until the sausage has browned. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and scramble the eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste once the eggs are fluffy.

Heat the tortillas in the microwave by putting a damp paper towel over them and microwaving for 20 seconds. breakfast burrito

Add ¼ of the egg mixture to each tortilla, top with one slice of cheese, and fold closed.
