They say April showers bring May flowers. Even though we haven’t seen much sunny weather this spring, this fun floral cocktail is sunshine in a glass.This recipe is courtesy of Pernod Ricard lead mixologist Kevin Denton.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounce absolut vodka
  • 1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce east india sherry
  • 1 –2 drops of almond extract
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • edible flowers, for garnish
Directions
  1. Dry shake and strain over crushed ice in a short rocks glass.
  2. Garnish with a bouquet of edible flowers.
