If you can’t spend Valentine’s Day beachside, this cocktail is the next best thing. With a dash of coconut syrup and the tart taste of orange juice, it’ll have you practically smelling the ocean breeze while you’re sipping and relaxing with your sweetie.

Pour 1½ ounces of rum, ½ ounce of coconut syrup, ½ ounce of red rum, 1 ounce of orange juice, and 2 ounces of pineapple juice into each mixing glass and shake with ice. Strain into a tall punch glass, drizzle with red rum, and garnish with a lemon wedge.
