Bauli chef ambassador and winner of Masterchef Season 4 Luca Manfe’s blueberry trifle is a delicious, guilt-free dessert that can be rustled up in no time  Greek yogurt provides an unique texture and flavorthat may seem indulgent, but will allow guests to snack knowing that they’re actually cutting back on the calories they’d be consuming if you’d used more traditional trifle ingredients like whipped or sour cream.

Deliver Ingredients


  • 2 slices of Bauli Pandoro, cubed
  • 1 1/2 Cup blueberry Greek yogurt, such as Chobani Blueberry Greek Yogurt
  • 3/4 Cups light whip cream
  • 3 1/2 Cups blueberries


Whip a light heavy cream to stiff peaks and stir in some Chobani yogurt.

In a dish or glass, layer one-third cream and yogurt mixture, cut one slice of Bauli Pandoro into 1/2 inch cubes and add in half of the blueberries. Repeat and top with remaining  cream and yogurt mixture.

Chill 30 minutes or overnight before serving.
