As The Westin Cape Coral’s general manager hails from Canada, he always asks the executive chef to make his favorite comfort dish from home: poutine. Warm up this winter with Marker92’s Short Rib Poutine, a twist on the Canadian classic with succulent braised short ribs and a demi-glace sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 cup french fries
- 4 ounce braised short ribs
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 cup white cheddar, shredded
- 1/4 cup demi-glace sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- handful of scallions, chopped, for garnish
Directions
- Deep fry french fries until golden brown. Top with short rib and cheeses and bake in pizza oven until cheese is melted.
- Top with demi-glace and sour cream. Garnish with chopped scallions.
