Warm up this winter with Marker92’s Short Rib Poutine, a twist on the Canadian classic
Marker92 Waterfront Bar & Bistro
- 1 Cup French fries
- 4 Ounces braised short ribs
- 1/2 Cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 Cup white Cheddar, shredded
- 1/4 Cup demi-glace sauce
- 1/4 Cup sour cream
- Handful of scallions, chopped, for garnish
Deep fry french fries until golden brown. Top with short rib and cheeses and bake in pizza oven until cheese is melted.
Top with demi-glace and sour cream. Garnish with chopped scallions.
