- 1 Cup butter, softened
- 3/4 Cups natural cane sugar
- 1/2 Cup maple syrup
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 Cup water
- 2/3 Cups oatmeal
- 1 Cup pecan granola, such as Sweet Home Farm Maple
- 2 Cups unbleached white flour
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
In an electric mixer, beat together butter, sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in water, then and then slowly stir in dry ingredients. Using a spoon, place cookie dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!
