- 1½ Ounce Tequila Don Julio Blanco
- 1 Ounce green apple juice
- ½ Ounce lemon juice
- ½ Ounce ginger syrup (see directions below)
- 2 Dashes of Bar Keep Organic Apple Bitters
- 1 part ginger juice
- 1 part cane sugar
Combine all ingredients together in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and garnish with a skewered ginger candy.
Juice ginger and allow starch to settle out of solution (12-24hrs). Decant juice through a chinois and combine with cane sugar and stir briskly. Let sit for a few minutes and stir again until sugar is completely dissolved.
