No need for ice when you use frozen mango

This smoothie is balanced in both flavor and nutritional content. The peanut butter provides protein and healthy fat, the mango contributes fiber, and the banana offers carbohydrates and potassium. Just remember to chop up the mango and throw it in the freezer the night before.


For the Mango Protein Smoothie

  • 1 Cup mango, cubed
  • 1/2 Cup banana, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • 3/4 Cups low-fat milk


For the Mango Protein Smoothie

Freeze cubed mango overnight.

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
