Mango Pico de Gallo

This is great side dish to go with grilled meat

Recipe Courtesy of Ricardo Muñzo-Zurita, Azul Restaurantes and Mango.org

Mangos add a tropical sweetness to any dish. In this pico de gallo, the mango balances out the heat of the serrano chile, and the umami flavor of the fish sauce. It can be eaten as a side dish, or served alongside some charred cuts of meat.
