Ingredients

  • 1 challah roll
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 6 Ounces Brie
  • 4 slices of mango
  • 1 dollop pesto sauce

Directions

Slice the challah bread in half and butter both sides. Spread a generous dollop of pesto sauce on both slices. Top the bottom slice with Brie and mango, then cover with the second slice. Heat the sandwich in a sauce pan until the cheese is melted to your liking.
