- 2 Ounces London Dry Gin
- ½ Ounce Thatcher's Cucumber Liquer
- ½ Ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 Ounces Gosling's Ginger Beer
Combine gin, cucumber liqueur, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice filled Collins glass and stir in ginger beer. Garnish with 2 cucumber slices.
