London Fog Recipe

Four Seasons Hotel Austin’s London Fog uses almond cookie flavored tea infused gin to add a bit of sweetness to the cocktail

With flavors profile of a traditional English tea, this is a refreshing cocktail reminding us of the wet and foggy London evening.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Ounce Almond Cookie Tea Infused Gin
  • 1/2 Ounce Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Ounce Honey water
  • Soda Water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake until combined. Pour into a Collins glass and finish with a lemon twist.
