- 6 white potatoes, sliced ¼-inch thick
- 1/2 Cup shredded cheese
- 2 Tablespoons bacon bits
- 2 Tablespoons diced green onion
- 2 Teaspoons butter
- Sour cream (optional)
Place all ingredients onto a large piece of tinfoil.
Wrap the foil round the ingredients securely. Cook in the fire for 45 minutes.
Top with salt and sour cream, to taste.
