Named for the people of St. Croix (Crucians), Cruzan Rum has just released a delicious, vibrant peach rum that pairs beautifully with a variety of flavors. This refreshing summer cocktail is the perfect way to kick off the summer!

Ingredients
- 3/4 part cruzan peach rum
- 1/2 part fresh lime juice
- 8 mint leaves
- 1/2 pineapple ring
- 1 mint sprig for garnish
- 1 1/4 parts cruzan aged light rum
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender with two ice cubes and blend for 20 seconds. Let it settle for another 20 seconds, then pour into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lightly slapped mint sprig.
