Lemon, Thyme, and Garlic Broiled Salmon Fillet
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- fresh thyme
- kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Pre-heat the broiler on high, placing the oven rack close to the top of the oven.
Season salmon with olive oil, zest, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Lay the fillet skin-side down on a foil-lined baking sheet or pan.
Cook for about 5-6 minutes, or until firm and opaque.
