Lemon Roasted Steelhead Trout



  • 4 steelhead trout fillets
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Add the fillets to the pan and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil.

Bake in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes until the fish is opaque.
