Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces diluted apple juice
  • 2-3 handfuls organic spinach
  • Juice of 1 whole lemon
  • 1/2 Cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2'' piece peeled ginger
  • A few mint leaves (optional)
  • Local raw honey or stevia to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
