- 1 ½ ounces brandy, preferably Korbel
- 1 ounce Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce lemon-lime soda
- Fresh orchid, for garnish (optional)
Shake brandy, ginger liqueur, and pineapple juice with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a tall cocktail glass with fresh ice. Float with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with orchid.
