Leftover Coffee Chocolate Brownies

Brownie

  • 1 1can of PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • .75 Cup cocoa powder
  • 1.5 Cups sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 Cups flour
  • .25 Cup leftover coffee
  • 1 Teaspoon espresso grounds or finely ground coffee
  • 1 Cup chocolate chips
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  • .5 Cup vegetable oil

Directions

Brownie

1. Preheat the oven to 350°. 2. In a large bowl whisk together all of the ingredients until combined. 3. Next, spray a 9x9 or 8x8 baking dish with PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray and pour the brownie batter in. 4. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until the center is slightly firm 5. Cool to room temperature before serving.
