Breakfast Burrito
Ingredients
  • 2 ounce lightlife gimme lean sausage
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 tablespoon chopped white onion
  • 1 egg. beaten
  • 2 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 flour tortilla, ten inch
  • 2 tablespoon salsa
Directions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add onion and sauté for a minute or two. In a small bowl mix egg with milk and add to skillet with onion. Scramble and set aside.
  2. In another skillet heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and brown the Gimme Lean® Sausage, crumbling it as you stir.
  3. Combine Gimme Lean® Sausage and egg mixture and place on flour tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top and roll into a burrito. Serve with salsa.
