Nobody likes a layover, but this cocktail will keep you running and happy with its zesty, bold flavor.This recipe is courtesy of Stephen Starr’s Steak 954 at the W Fort Lauderdale.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce sailor jerry spiced rum
  • 3 ounce cold brew coffee
  • 1 ounce ginger syrup
  • juice of 1 lime wedge

Directions

  1. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe.
  2. Garnish with a lime wheel.
