Thanks to this cocktail, mixologist Greg Buda (the Dead Rabbit) was chosen as the NYC finalist for Bombay Sapphire's Ninth Annual Most Imaginative Bartender Competition.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounce bombay sapphire gin
  • 2 dash of mace tincture
  • 0.25 ounce almond biz, which is two parts orgeat, one noyau du poissy
  • 0.25 ounce nardini acqua di cedro
  • 0.5 ounce cardamaro
  • 2.5 ounce christian drouin hard cider

Directions

  1. Stir and strain. Use a flute for glassware and garnish with lemon oils.
