Thanks to this cocktail, mixologist Greg Buda (the Dead Rabbit) was chosen as the NYC finalist for Bombay Sapphire's Ninth Annual Most Imaginative Bartender Competition.

Ingredients

1.5 ounce bombay sapphire gin
2 dash of mace tincture
0.25 ounce almond biz, which is two parts orgeat, one noyau du poissy
0.25 ounce nardini acqua di cedro
0.5 ounce cardamaro
2.5 ounce christian drouin hard cider

Directions

Stir and strain. Use a flute for glassware and garnish with lemon oils.
