Korean Hwayo Negroni

The Negroni gets a Korean twist in this soju-based Campari cocktail

A bitter Negroni is given an extra kick thanks to being built on a base of the Korean spirit soju.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Ounce soju, such as Jasmine Hwayo 41 Soju
  • 3/4 Ounces sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 Ounce Campari
  • 1/4 Ounce Aperol
  • 1 dash orange bitters, such as Fee Brothers Orange Bitters

Directions

Stir all ingredients together. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange peel.
