  • 1 1/2 parts sweet stout
  • 3/4 demerara sugar or simple syrup
  • 1 whole egg

Directions

Pour all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to emulsify proteins. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into cocktail glass.
