- 1.5 ounce gin
- .5 ounce creme de violette
- .5 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes lavender bitters
- edible orchid (if available) or lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
- Shake all ingredients
- Strain into champagne glass or coup and top with champagne or prosecco
- Garnish with an edible orchid or lemon twist
