Transform your Negroni into a tropical cocktail by exchanging the gin for rum.This recipe is courtesy of Pouring Ribbons.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce campari
  • 1 ounce jamaican rum, such as smith & cross
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth, such as carpano antica
  • orange twist, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir briskly. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
