All you need is 5 minutes, a packet of ramen, and a few other healthy ingredients to take your package of instant ramen and totally transform it into a healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups water
  • 1 package ramen noodles, without spice packet
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 Cup kimchi
  • A handful of bean sprouts
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 Teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon soy sauce
  • A sprinkle of red pepper flakes
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

Add the water, kimchi, bean sprouts, sesame oil, rice vinegar, smoked paprika, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and ramen noodles in a small pot and bring to a boil. Cook until noodles are tender.

Serve topped with egg and scallions.
