- 1 ¾ Ounce sake, such as Gekkeikan Nigori
- ½ Ounce fresh pineapple juice
- ½ Ounce unsalted yuzu juice
- ¼ Ounce simple syrup
Shake the sake, pineapple juice, yuzu juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of freshly grated cinnamon.
