Kale Chips With Parmigiano-Reggiano

This recipe takes kale chips to the next level with chili powder and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 tablespoon parmigiano-reggiano cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Remove the stems of the kale with a knife then cut kale into bite-size pieces. Wash the kale and dry in a salad spinner or with a paper towel.
  3. Drizzle the kale with olive oil, salt, chili powder, and place on a baking dish.
  4. Bake kale for 10 minutes, until the edges are brown but not burnt.
  5. Remove from oven let it cool for 2 minutes and toss with cheese.
