Kaffir Lime And Honey Cranberry Sauce

Kaffir Lime And Honey Cranberry Sauce
3 from 3 ratings
A fresh take on Thanksgiving cranberry sauce. Citrus, like oranges, lemons, and limes, are at the peak of ripeness throughout the winter and add a bright, crisp flavor to the sauce. Kaffir limes are traditionally used in Southeast Asian cuisine; find them at Asian specialty markets fresh, frozen, or dried.
